Saturday, June 14, 2026 | 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Join an exclusive Dynamic Flow Yoga practice led by Earthy, creator of the Earth Vinyasa method. This is a small-group class limited to 18 participants, combining breathwork, movement, and meditation in a single two-hour session.

What this class focuses on
Earth Vinyasa is built around the connection between breath, body, and mind. The practice is structured so that each element supports the next. Breathwork is the foundation. Slow, intentional breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and helping your body recover more effectively. Learning to control your breath during movement is a skill that carries into daily life. Mindful movement follows the breath. You will move through fluid, stable sequences designed to build strength and balance while staying mentally present. The focus is on quality of movement rather than intensity.
Meditation is integrated throughout the session. Deep synchronisation of mind, body, and breath brings you into a state of genuine stillness, which is harder to reach through meditation alone.
Why holistic health matters here
This class is designed around the idea that physical and mental health are directly connected. Conscious breathing reduces cortisol levels and calms the nervous system. A calmer nervous system improves digestion and gut function. And a healthy gut is closely linked to brain health, clearer thinking, and more stable mood. This is the science behind why a well-structured yoga practice can have effects that go beyond flexibility or fitness.
You will leave with better breathing habits, a calmer mental state, and a body that has been worked and restored in the same session.
What is included
Every participant receives a complimentary protein bar and small kombucha after the class. The protein supports muscle recovery, and the kombucha provides probiotics that support gut health, which connects directly to the brain-gut benefits mentioned above.
